Holden Jones offer a TWO DAY FREE TRIAL on all Temporary Appointments. If a client decides that the Temp is unsatisfactory at any point during the first 2 days, Holden Jones will not charge for the hours, provided the client is deemed to be acting reasonably and the Temporary services are terminated immediately. If a Holden Jones Temp does not complete an assignment with a pre-arranged completion date, then we will refill this position with a
5% REDUCTION on your charge rate.
These are to provide assurances to our clients over the work quality and completion of temporary assignments.
Holden Jones recognise that the key areas of delivery in our temporary service are in ensuring the quality of the Temporary provided, and ensuring the completion of the assignment. Showing our conviction to share the risk with you, Holden Jones offers a clear assurance to its clients.
ENSURING QUALITY…
Holden Jones offer a TWO DAY RISK FREE TRIAL on all Temporary Appointments. If a client decides that the Temp is unsatisfactory at any point during the first 2 days, Holden Jones will not charge for the hours, provided the client is deemed to be acting reasonably and the Temporary services are terminated immediately. If a client retains the Temps services beyond 2 days, they will be charged for them.
ENSURING RETENTION…
If a Holden Jones Temp does not complete an assignment with a pre-arranged completion date,
then we will refill this position with a 5% REDUCTION on your charge rate.
